Bespoke Workshops
CMW has provided music workshops for a range of community groups and abilities for the past 19 years with OCN qualifications also offered to the over 16’s.
We can tailor music projects to need, facilitating any special requirements and providing expert strategic workshop planning to your given budget.
Our workshop menu covers all aspects of music making, including:
- Drumming and Percussion workshops
- DJ Skills, including Beat Matching and Scratching;
- Activities for would-be pop stars such as working as a band to develop Live Performance, Recording, Composition, Rehearsal and Studio & Sound Production Skills
- Basic Guitar, Drums, Bass, Keyboard
- Music Technology, including using specialist equipment such as a Soundbeam (a movement to sound device which is particularly effective for use by people with mobility problems)
All our tutors are CRB checked and have been through our accredited Community Music Workshop training course, covering inclusion, health & safety, anti discrimination and working with young people and vulnerable adults.
