International Projects
CMW is committed to developing new initiatives for exporting Welsh community music across Europe and beyond. We have worked on a number of international projects with countries such as Cuba, Germany, Italy, Columbia, Canada, Spain, Israel, Estonia and Latvia.
CMW has worked on a range of projects which have included exchanges where young Welsh people have collaborated in workshops with other international groups, and the exporting of models of good practice through providing training for community music tutors and advocating the use of music as a interventionist tool.
This work is pioneering and innovative, placing Welsh music on an international stage.
