Accreditation
The majority of our activity, from taster sessions to intensive workshops, training days to long courses, can be accredited to give recognition of the activity they take part in.
We use Agored Cymru accreditation to enable learners to achieve credits in small chunks of activity. It allows them to work in an informal, enjoyable manner, to gain credit for their achievements, increasing motivation and encouraging progression to further courses. In turn, this ease of access and progression supports a sense of inclusion for all.
We have worked with Agored Cymru to develop a number of units relating to music activity at different levels. CMW developed and pioneered the DJ Skills Units which we continue to offer along with other units as diverse as Live Performance, Recording, Composition, Rehearsal and Studio Production Skills to Health & Safety, Mentoring, Community Workshops and basic Guitar, Drums, Bass skills.
